I want to be an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist who manages the medication of patients with chronic diseases. I was lost, I couldn’t see myself, so stuck on my mother that I fell into an ‘It will never get better’ mindset. On August 30th, 2018 my mom passed away unexpectedly. My favorite person, the one who helped me become the man I am today, ripped away from me, leaving a giant hole in my heart and in my life. While this wonderful kaleidoscope of cultures has caused me to be the ‘peacekeeper’ during meal arbitrations, it has fundamentally impacted my life.
